I decided to by myself a New Comp. after I had been Ripped off by a few other Companies before Netway. I'm a Single, Disabled Mother on a fixed income, and 6 payments was the Best Payment Deal I could find.
The Sales Guy Jim is it,well it all sounds so good,and "Tec Support" was Big on my want List, hey 24/7 phone support, on-line,and "they will even come to My House if they can't fix it"that is what they said, not a bad deal I thought, ha.
So I found & ordered on-line this Wonderfull 1,399.98, Comp.for my B-Day gift to Me. I was So Happy that I wouldn't have to deal with Used Comp. & the problems that come with them, sure.
I had my New Comp. a matter of a Few Mon. when the Trouble Started up, and U know I couldn't find Any Tec. support Phone Number anywhere, and ShopNbc couldn't seem to have it either, Humm wierd. When I did find a Phone Number to call, I waited & Waited awhile to speak to someone,if they Didn't have time to Really Help Me, I was to Erase Everything I had, and by the time I knew what they were doing it was To Late to try & save anything I worked on.
I also founf the Tec. Support Guy's were "So Mean and Nasty to Me, if I didn't know what was wrong, and what things are called, these guy's would get Fed-up with Me calling them, go figure, I was Very Offended with this Great Tec, Support they offer.
I Dreaded calling Tec support with Comp problems, but when my New Comp. crashed I had to again listen & be treated like crap, spoken to nasty, Great here we go again. When the Guy went through all the Steps to try & fix my New Comp. Again and he was Beyond Frustrated that he couldn't, I said what about the Remote Tec stuff, well U have to have DSL,I wondered why this was the 1st I'd herd that, Lies again. So this Guy is so Frustrated when he can't fix it, he tells me I have to send it back to them, Hey U Adv. "Free in Home repair,if they can't fix it", well we Can't do that send it back to us for repairs, so I had to lug the Tower accross town to "Staples". Staples took My tower after I told them,what I was told to do, I got my reciept and went home frustrated again.
Months & months go bye and No Comp. when I finaly called them, to find out what's going on they tell Me "they Cannot find it, but they will look for it". Well they told Me they couldn't find it, and offered to replace it. Well that's nice I yet again will Loose all my Info. again, Nice, well ok seeing I probally have Paid it off by now. I'm am Yet Again Up-set with ShopNBC's way to do buisness,and Fed-up with being LIED TOO!
I Do recieve my replacement tower,and have to re-load everything from scratch, thanks! And it's Not Long before I again am having Comp. problems, I again call Tec, Support and they still are being Rude, my comp issues Still are Not being fixed, and I was just wasting my time, heck I wasted allot of money too, O-well for Me.
I Can't Watch DVD movies on My Comp. No Sound,the cooling Fan Pooped out, had to be replaced at My Cost, the Great 17"LCD Monitor Cannot be turned off with Button,or it may Never turn back on again and it needs to be replaced after a Very Short On Time, Lack of Quality.
The Tec Support was Thee Worst Exp to date, I just kept feeling the guy's I spoke with anyway, thought I was just a Dumb Girl when I called for answers, I even asked if they expected us to have a Degree in Comp. Before we bought one, they should've told me Before I bought one, Not after. Compassion level -0-, Empathy -1, Understanding -3, Nice -90, attitude -0. Those Guy's need some trainig on Being Nice, esp to Women!!
I watch sometimes often in Disgust,and "wonder How JIM Can Still Lie to the People on National TV". Return Buisness may not be important to some Comp. some even Brag how much they have made allready. One would think it's better to have Happy Customers, while making sure there happy with there purchase, so they will want to return in future, but hey that's just my opion.
