ShopNBC will not back up what they said. They offer a mail in rebate to get you to buy, but sublet it out to an outside company who never gets back with you. I will never buy anything that offers a mail in rebate again. Why do I have to go to an outside company when ShopNBC is the one offering the rebate? That's $30.00 I will never see.
