ShopNBC is a LIEING,STEALING,UNETHICAL company.They have charged my credit card for items NOT ordered,charged me for some STUPID Cooking Club I NEVER authorized,and they OWE me THOUSANDS of Dollars in REFUNDS from 4 MONTHS AGO!The hosts LIE and exaggerate retail values,and they send BROKEN,DAMAGED Merchandise.

An example of this is item #J111929.A diamond ring that Lynne Shachter,Laura Duffek and other hosts presented and LIED saying the RETAIL was over $10,000!!!selling for $1599.99.The Graphics SHOWED a retail value of OVER $10,000 DOLLARS!Lynne and Laura and the other hosts SWORE the rings retail was @$10,265.00 and to get it now as it will sell out.

I,like a FOOL,bought it. They then sold them out in like 5 min and they said they only had size 7,and that the ring would NEVER be back if you did not buy it NOW!(A Speical deal they said from their buyers,yea right!).
