Upon seeing a charge on my credit card, I called the company to request a refund or cancellation of the account.  I was told I would have to submit a request in writing, which I have done as of 4-17-12.

Shopper's Advantage They enrolled me in a program without my knowledge and charged me 16.99 a month for three months until I noticed it on my CC bill. I called and they cancelled my account and offered to refund the money faster than you can say fraud!!! This happened to me one time before and I do not recall what purchase I had made that gave them access to my card, but it may have been Ticketmaster! Stamford, Connecticut Internet
