Shopping.com has no customer service. They have some fake number 650-616-6700 which just transfers you from one machine to the next. They were to refund my account since last week. This is yet to be done. No one answers the emails, no one answers the phone, no one answers the messages either way.

Apparently they're hiding. I still have yet to be refunded. I find these practices very dishonest. The money is just held up on their end when in their terms and conditions, the account is supposed to be refunded within 48 hours. Its been close to a week now and I am fed up.

Merchants, do your business elsewhere, trust me. If you need assistance, there's none.

I am very sorry to hear that you may have had a negative experience. It is important to us to offer a pleasant experience for our merchants as well as our consumers.

Shopping.com offers many different ways to directly contact merchant support.

You may open a support ticket, send us an email, find answers to common questions within our published help portal, as well as speak to a live customer support rep between 9AM-5PM PST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and weekends).

If you contact us during live support hours and reach the automated message, it means that we may be assisting other merchants. In this instance, we ask that you try back or leave a message and a support rep will contact you within 24 hours.
