Shopzoey fraudulent, deceitful, false advertising Internet

 My cousin is getting married in the summer. And I'm in the wedding. I found the perfect dress and needed some shoes. Put in wedding shoes Shopzoey is the first thing to come up with the perfect shoe. I go to the site order the perfect shoe and another pair and earrings. I was so happy. Well since i ordered on the 23rd of April i figured i will have it in aleast a week two at the most.

I go to the site to my cart and nothing there. I now to calling the number they say to contact them.No answer left voice message after message. finally a call back. I was told my order was shipped and gave me a fake tracking number. I called back the number from which they called and spoke with the same person. I informed them that the tracking number doesn't exist and no package was sent.

I was told my address was undeliverable but i live in an apartment building. To end this the finally thing was when i told them i wanted to cancel my order and would like a refund. Now I'm suppose to wait for a package that was never shipped to return to them before they will send me my money. As a ex-customer of Shopzoey i will say it's a fraud.
