Signed pool install contract in late May, broke ground right away, crews knocked over two small trees, concrete all over our brick patio, liner installed in June, concrete poured first of July -- horrible job by subcontractor Blue Coast???
Showed up right away to collect checks, we always paid when we were supposed to. The last time we saw or spoke to anyone was July 15. We still do not have ladder, diving board, pool light, rope, cover. We have a problem with one of our skimmers. Our hose doesn't reach the entire length of the pool, and since one skimmer isn't working we can't clean one end of the pool. Repeated calls, faxes, messages have been unanswered. When someones does finally answer the phone, they blame the owner -- Lou Pisciotta. We spoke to Lou ONCE, he apologized and blamed his staff for not keeping us happy.
I think they have financial problems, probably ready to file bankruptcy. DO NOT USE SHORE LINE POOL BUILDERS. They work out of Virginia Beach and North Carolina. We are seeing an attorney this week.
