Shore Line Sutters ripoff Oxnard California

This whole nightnmare started in early March. My cousin measured my small window for faux rod iron. I had removed my orginal wall covering which new cost me around $500.

I was told that the owner of the company will be out within a week and would remeaure. At that time I asked,how long till this comes in. She told me 2 weeks.

The following week the owner of the company came out and remeasured. The window was to have an outside mount. He asked me how long I was told this would come in. I wait 2 weeks. He said that is about right.

I started called at the begining of April since it was almost a month. Shoreline their employees are great at lying. Oh yes, one more week. Well the first middle of June I get a call it is in.

They told me when there were coming to install the window treatment. I had to take time off from work. Now this is the second time I had to take time off from work for them.

The was to short in both directions. This is after the installer had drilled holes in my wall and scratch the paint all around the window. My house is custom painted.

He called the company and they told me they will take it back and put a "Rush" on a new order. Meanwhile the company and the factory is playing the game of who made the mistake.

I get this call a week later saying they have to remeasure AGAIN! So again he comes out to measure gets the same thing, promises it will be in by next week. This was almost 2 months ago.

Well, I start calling every week just to see what is going on. Last week they say it is in. The installer calls me we set it up for today.

I had to take time off from work AGAIN. This has now cost me over $500 in lost wages, not including the window treatment.

They send to kids who must be about 19 to install it. Not only is it the orginal one they sent in June, but they scratched more of my wall.

I have had it. Monday morning I am going to small claims. I want this rip off artists out of business. We all work every hard for what we have and to have people like this around is disqusting.

Please include me in any class action law suit you guys start. I want to see them in court!
