Dealership is very Rude gives you false information about cars. Owner will not work to resolve problem with car bought from dealership as owner was away on vacation and staff would not fwd messages to owner, Once car was driven off the lot had several problems, tried returning the car the next day after bought and they said your basically screwed. Carfax report showing car was totaled but Title says different else wise.
Tried to work with them to get a different car off the lot due to problems with the car that was bought no can do on that either. Looks to me that they knew everything that was wrong with the car and just hid the information. One problem after another on this car and also dealer made you buy warranty and said that finance company required it. per the finance company that was not true and the warranty would not cover anything that was wrong with the vehicle. I tried several times to work things out with this place and they are very rude and unprofessional.

Sorry you had to go through this. We had the same thing happening to us with them . .The owner must really like his vacations because he was on one with us as well. File a complaint with state police on them and then go on state of Michigan website and file a complaint in i think was the fraudulent auto sale. Unfortunately it doesn't help you now, but if enough people go after this creep that has no guts to confront the people he scams maybe Michigan and the police will start giving him a hard time. And don't forget small claims for any out of pocket you had to do to make the vehicle run. It's $70. You can file where you live and He will have to come to your court. Its a start. We are going to start the small claims part soon.
