My name is Victor and on 05/4/08 I decided to hire Steve the owner of Showerpro to install a frameless shower door. He was to install a Frameless door and seal the bottom of the glass to eliminate water from getting out. We agreed on $1200 so I paid $400 as a deposit to get things started and the final payment of $800 upon completion.
He promised that in 10 days he would have the door in and ready to be installed within a few days from getting it in. Well it wasn't until July that my door was installed. I was happy with the way the door looked except that one of the door brackets was not setting right. Steve agreed to come back and replace it with another bracket in the meantime until he could get it fixed.
Steve's son came back two weeks later to replace the bracket with one that was not the same color until mine could get fixed and re-powdered to the right color. Since then I have been having problems with water getting out since the door is not closing the right way and the bottom of the glass was not sealed.I have tried to call the office and Steve's phone and he will not return my calls.
I sent him a text message on August 22nd that I was having problems with water getting out and that I needed my door fixed ASAP. He replied telling me that he is sorry that I have had a bad experience and that he would call me during the week. It is now towards the end of September and still no call. I have been extremely patient with all of this and can't believe that a company can stay in business treating their clients like I have been treated.
Their Bathroom Quote is "DONE RIGHT,ON TIME & A GREAT EXPERIENCE" Showerpro has not followed their quote.. I feel that Showerpro have not held their end of the contract.
