SHOWHOMES OF COLORADO SPRINGS CO George & Dena Hart are not doing their jobs as Showhome representatives. told us we should be dressed and out of bed;sunday a showing in one hour;people show up at your door unannounced to view the home, Internet

This showhome program sounded to good to be true and it was.  They are nice to you until you get into the home.  They come over and take pictures after you move in, say they are putting them on the site and they never appear on the site.  You are told you have a day in advance to show the property so you have a chance to put out all the extra that you don't keep out all the time and then people show up at the front door and you weren't even called for a showing.  Had six people show up once without a realator and that is not suppose to happen and we had to show them the house. 

We asked for things to be fixed in the home and  they put it off or say they will come look at it.  The money they received from the rental of us is suppose  cover any expense, so I guess that's why they think they can fix it and not get a professional to keep that money in their pocket.

We have been told on a weekend when we were sick and in our pj at 1 in the afternoon and Dena Hart told us we should not be in our pj...she doesn't have the right to tell us that; she called for a showing one hour from the time she called..not hat we were told when we signed up.  Mrs. Hart has been very rude to our family; treats us like we don't even have a say in anything.  Our daughter had a concussion and she would't call the realtor and tell them about our situation, so we had to get our daughter out and she wasn't suppose to be out of bed, had to stay gone for four hours and then they didn't even didn't come to view the home.  Mrs. Hart never ask us if it would be ok for said time for a showing, she told us when they would be coming and very seldom was it a day in advance. 

Don't think you are getting a great house for a cheap rent.  Things don't work and your landlord is very rude and doesn't represent you as a tenant in a respectable way.

Also the house was not cleaned when we moved into it; she said the people just moved out; the carpet had stains on it, floors needs to be waxed, bulbs were out and this was a million dollar home.In showhomes it states that showhomes is responsible to keep the home clean and repaired, these people are pocketing the money, not following rules they give you when they sign you up, not keeping things repaired, and not treating you like a valued person to their franchise of showhomes.  DON"T GET INVOLVED: it is TOO GOD TO BE TRUE...it was a nightmare dealing with Dena Hart of Showhomes in Colorado Springs.
