This company, under the ownership of Abraham Grunhut and Chaim Nechemya Eichler or Chaim Eichler, started up less than four years ago in Brooklyn, NY, with three buildings that they were able to get contract due to the fact that the wife of the owner worked closely with the builder of the properties, so they caught a blind contract.

Soon they were able to get almost 50% of the accounts in the Jewish Williamsburg area.

In the beginning they try a little to prove themselves. They are polite, meet the people, write letters, and serve good. Then, the real face come around...

In our experience, one owner - Chaim Nechemya Eichler - decided that he doesn't want to deal with our accounts (we are 33 accounts!). That didn't stop him from collecting his monthly charges for his premium, insurance, water charges, maintenance fees, and more.

But he did nothing with the money! Or so we thought... When confronted on why nothing is being taken care of and why our water bills are overdue, we were told that there's no money in our accounts! What's worse? Since the account was opened, none of us have been able to see any real paperwork or account statements! And this is a board member writing!

A little while later, he got smarter and stopped taking any phone calls, never came down again, and discontinued all correspondences. But, the bills kept on coming!

After a few months of playing half-death (the other half was still billing...), the other owner Abraham Grunhut showed up playing as the new Messiah... He said he wants to start from fresh, and do right.

For a few months, things started sounding promising. Broken doors were repaired, calls were returned with only several days of delay... But not for long. Mr. Grunhut soon realized that his partner's (Mr. Eichler) ignorance is a more convenient way, especially with an account were most property owners are quite people, and there was hope that there won't be any noise.

But, let's not forget, the bills kept on coming.

Then came a new twist to the store. the company start gaining some new high-profile account from outer territories (were they can charge a lot more), and then they got even worse with the current accounts. Without any notice, they started dropping troubled accounts leaving them cold-turkey, not even returning the current account balances.

The new motto of the company then became: "you don't like it? We'll drop you too!"

Even the accounts they are still holding on to, is not because there is any sense of business relationship, where the customer has any interest or satisfaction, it is simply a terror-method of keeping accounts, or else they account will be left cold-turkey, and the account will collapse.
