mOSS SIDELL AND HIS GANG WERE IN THE BOSTON HERALD FOR CHARGING UPFRONT FEES TO HOMEOWNERS.tHIS IS ILLEGAL AND HE WAS REPORTED TO THE AG"S OFFICE .dO NOT GIVE HIM OR ANY OF HIS SALESPEOPLE MONEY UPFRONT FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION. HE HAS A TON OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST HIM ALREADY AND HAS A LOT OF COMPLAINTS, JUST GOOGLE HIS NAME.

I had success using sidel law

i retained moss sidel for a home loan mod. i questioned him regarding the negative postings on line.
he assured me that if a did everything he asked and got him all the info he needed right away that there would be a good probability of success.
the day before my house was to be auctioned moss and his assistant mike won me the loan mod and foreclosure was cancelled.
they communicated with me frequently through the whole process. i reccomend retaining there services to save your home.

i retained moss sidel for a loan modification. i questioned he and his associate mike regarding the negative blogs. he said that if i get everything to him he needs and quickly we will most likely have
success. i did just that. i was in foreclosure. he got me a loan mod the day before the auction date.
sorry for those of you that had trouble. i cant underdstand why, they communicated with me constantly, never vanished at all. they were worth every dime and i would reccommend to anybody having mortgage difficulties to retain moss sidel.
