Ordered a couple of side sockets from sidesocket.com last night.
The total should be less than $30 but they charged $31.80 for P&H and total is $55.94.
The order was finalized even before I review the order and confirm.
Called the customer service this morning but they can't cancel the order because the order is already processed. They will ship the item and then I have to return it.
Can't believe that they can't cancel the order. It takes 2-6 weeks for delivery but can't cancel the order???? Doesn't make sense. The customer service agent hung up the phone while I was talking.
