Complaint Review: Sierra Springs
Sierra Springs water.com billing for services we stopped using on 09-2011 billing 223.00 illegally. Dallas, Texas
We did not care for the coffee service as we had never got our coffee service pack and so we sent the machine back. We also stopped service on the water.
We continued to receive bills for the services.
After several attempts to clear the billing issue up and speaking directly with Sierra springs call center ( Tamika and Lydia ) and directly to the Sales Manger (Daniel Carroll) we were told they would call us back and get the billing issue cleared up.
Today we got a collection letter stating we owe 223.00. We have disputed the collections and if the issue is not cleared in 30 days we will file in small claims court for the balance they are asking for.
Do not use this company, there are rip off reports all over for them. They have many names and run their operation like a bunch of heavy handed gang members.
