Was sold a $2000 extended warranty contract by these theives. They did not send the payments to the issuing company and it was cancelled. I found out two months later when I tried to have repairs done that it was cancelled due to non payment from the dealer.  I called them and was told it would be taken care of. They even faxed a new contract to me. Four months later I get a notification that this contract was cancelled for the SAME reason. Non payment from the dealer.  I have since had a judgement put against them. I have also filed a complaint with the used car commision\. I am also looking into the local news having a department that investigates wrong doing buissinesses in the area.  This kind of trash needs to be out of buissines and living under a bridge somewhere.

AUTHOR: Auto dealer fraud Investigator - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, August 13, 2014
Here's the problem That I see Anthony   So many auto dealers think they can do whatever they want and get away with it most of the time they understand that consumers do not have the financial backing of an attorney to go after the deception and fraud that dealerships do to consumers

They feel they can do whatever they want knowing that you probably don't have the money to hire an attorney to go after them. After they get listed on ripoff report and their reputation goes in the toilet then they start squealing like a stuck pig's. And then you probably noticed that the company's name will change old hat new hat.

But they never get rid of the dirty people that they hire in the industry the dirty people make them more money that's why they keep them around.

I catch dealerships submitting fraudulent information over to Lenders for loan approvals behind the customers back All of the time. I was just involved in a lawsuit against the Porsche dealership in California and guess what that Porsche dealership did to the customer.

They activated the new warranty on the Porsche, a brand-new car 13 months before the customer bought the car. After they activated the warranty 13 months later they sold it to a customer as a brand-new car but they never told the customer that they activated the warranty 13 months prior to the date of purchase.

I have caught many car dealerships that is new car dealerships preventing customers from getting safety recall notices. Most the time I catch dealers doing dirty fraudulent activities to consumers and most of the time the Atty. Gen.'s have no clue what they're looking at.

The reason most of them or many of them have no clue what they're looking at is when a customer comes to them and files a complaint it's because the media and I say radio newspapers and TV stations will do nothing to expose the scams in the auto industry because that's where they get most of their advertising money from Is from the very people that rip off Consumers.

Consumers need to boycott any form of media that promotes companies or businesses that rip off the consumers. Don't be afraid to go to your attorney general and demand that you get a refund for the extended warranty the dealership never paid for After you gave the dealership the money to buy the warranty for you.

Squeal like a stuck pig until you get your money back, The money that you paid for the warranty.

Contact your attorney general let the dealership know that you were going to personally go down to the Atty. Gen.'s office and file a complaint against that dealership. Let them know that you want to complete refund regarding the money that was supposed to purchase your extended warranty.

Let me repeat myself do not be afraid to complain and complain loud let everybody know what happened and that you want your money back.

Most customers after they find out they've been ripped off they say nothing they just walk away Don't be one of those people.
