Signature Cycles eharleyparts.com Andy Lund Theft by Deception Eleva Wisconsin

I ordered a cruise control kit for my 2007 Harley Davidson Street Glide from eharleyparts.com which is the online division of Signature Cycles. This kit is no longer available from Harley Davidson. Eharleyparts adviertises the kit to be "Exactly the same as the original (discontinued) kit" once sold by Harley Davidson. I copied the following description of the kit from the eharleyparts.com web page:

"Description

Not an original kit packaged by H-D, but comprised of all Original Equipment components and complete H-D instruction sheet. Exactly the same as the original (discontinued) kit."

Eharleyparts.com even displays a photo of their kit. The photo plainly shows the wiring harness. The following is the photo copied from the eharleyparts.com web page:

The wiring harness is coiled in the center of the photo. When I opened the box I saw that the wiring harness was not included. I had spoken with Andy Lund on the phone prior to ordering the kit and he assured me that the kit was complete and all I had to do was plug it in.

All that was included in the kit was some wire that was to be used to modify the old wiring harness and there wasn't even instructions how to do that. I texted Andy Lund about the mixup and he said it was too expensive for him to include the wiring harness. I asked him why did he falsely advertise that the wiring harness was included and he became angry and began insulting me and cursing.
