Signature Residence Club is a scam! Purchased in Cabo San Lusas at a vacation presentation. They will tell you their travel club gives you everything your current timeshare gives you without the maintainance fees and personal property tax. They will sell your timeshare for you for more than you paid originally. They show you an amazing website full of hundreds of luxury vacation resorts around the world for an amazing price.

Problem is the presentation of the website on their iPads is FAKE! Everything about them is FAKE! Even the sale of our timeshare was fake! They have charged our credit cards more times than originally authorized. We are out about $14,000 now. They have made about 30 inquiries with new credit cards on my credit. I have had to dispute all charges, freeze my credit cards, and freeze all 3 credit reports. They have also compromised my gmail account and phone. Go to Trip Advisor and look up signature residence club reviews...hundreds of posts have recently surfaced from others being scammed...we all have the exact same story!! Stay away from these Crooks!
