Signature Van Lines Moving Scam Ripoff Put me through **** Mount Pocono Pennsylvania

This company flat out lied to me and left me and my family stranded.

I was moving from NY to GA First they had a sales person come to my house and give me a quote. He gave me a flat rate. ($2500) So I sent them a $500 deposit. I was then told I can pay $1000 at pick up and $1000 at delievey.

The night before the move they called to confirm the pick up time. So I told them I would have the $1000 money order. I was told no that it needed to be $1500 at pick up.

I explained to her that I had made an agreement for $1000/$1000. She then started to get nasty with me and told me that they were not going to do the job and that I could find someone else.

It took me 5 hours that night to find another moving company to be able to move me that week.

Now remember I was to leave the next morning and they still had my $500 deposit.

Well it took about 100 calls, three letters and 52 days but I finally got my money back. Save yourself time and money and learn from my experience
