Signatures Plus Lack of payment of services rendered to notaries ripoff ripoff Irvine California

I am a mobile notary in Rhode Island and I have done 24 closings for Signatures Plus. I have only been paid for 4 of them and am lacking payment for the other 20 closings totaling $1,380.00. The first closing that I completed for them was on 12/28/06 and the last closing that I completed for them was on 2/18/07.

I was paid on 3/2/07 for the first 4 closings that I completed for them on 12/28/06, 12/28/06, 12/29/06 and 1/3/07. I completed 20 more closing for them from 1/5/07 through 2/18/07 that I have yet to be paid for. I have made many phone calls and emails to several individuals at Signatures Plus and I continued to get the run around or ignored regarding this payment issue. The 24 closings that Signatures Plus hired me for were mortgage closings for the mortgage company Lending Tree.com that does business as Home Loan Center.

I contacted several people at Lending Tree/Home Loan Center as well and was told several times that they have asked Signatures Plus to handle my payment issue, which they have yet to do.

What this company does is wrong and they need to be put out of business.
