signet financial group auto warranty refund vacaville, California

I purchased a four year extended car warranty from Signet Financial Group on 04-21-2006 for $2065.00, I also purchased an insurance over that warranty for $300.00 this was in case that I did not have to use the warranty my money will be refunded.  The 4 year period ended 4-21-2010 and when I called this company to asked for my refund the lady that answer the phone told me that my warranty was voided since 2007 and so was my refund and that was she said. I never had a notice about the warranty being voided I didn't know nothing about athis until I called the company to ask for my refund.

I filed a complaint with the BBB, the FTC and the Attorney General Office Lisa Madigan in Chicago, Illinois but they didn't do anything about it; the people from Signet told them that I did not pay for the insurance that that was a free promotion which is a big lie because I have proof that I paid them for that insurance. And now I just feel that they stole $2365.00 from me. I believe that the dealer where I bought my truck Wendling Motor Sales  in Rochelle, Illinois is also reponsible for offering me and encourage me to buy this warranty and insurance because the dealer had a commision for selling this fake documents. Be aware before you buy something from this thieves at Signet Financial Group and also of Wendling Motor Sales.
