Signtronix Sales person and company not honest! Torrance California

A door to door salesperson from Signtronix came to my place of busness back in Dec. 2014. This sales person TIM BAILEY #081 from Signtronix assured me I could cancel this order within 72 hours without penalty from the company and would be refunded my $325.00 deposit.

I cancelled my order within one hour of his leaving my establishment...I contacted him and explained I had changed my mind he advised okay that he understood....I also called and left three different messages with the Signtronix company.

Promptly, the next day I received a return phone call back from a representive of the company....she advised me my order was cancelled, however, they was going to proceed on with collecting my $325 deposit via my credit card and she didnt care about what this TIM BAILEY #081 had told me.

I have disputed this charge on my card and it looks like I may have to bite the bullet on this as the saleperson lied to me. I believe this company to be a rip-off as it did not cost SIGNTRONIX a penny for the production of a sign for me! 

If you do business with these people and are not sure about getting this very expensive sign...DO NOT sign an agreement with them...and DO NOT believe the salesperson if he/she tells you your deposit will be refunded if the company is given a 72-hour notice of cancellation.
