Silicon Valley Imaging Corp Will not stand behind their junk products Fremont California

Purchased weather stations on Sears website for Christmas presents. When I received them, I found they are not as described and I was too embarassed to give them as presents, so I tried to return them within the 30 days according to the return policy. The company can not be reached for returns, but they are still selling on Sears website. The emails I sent go unanswered and when I call, it just rings and then I get disconnected.

Sears will not stand behind it either. I tried returning them twice, but even though it's on their website, Sears says they have nothing to do with it. Since then, I have found other bad reviews about this company and I feel obligated to warn others not to buy from them.
