Silver Age Movies Wrong movie sent, no options for refund

Have been trying to find Puff the Magic Dragon for my 4 year old nephew but all I could find were upwards of $65.  My boyfriend found Silver Age selling it for $20!  Awesome!  Put in the order over Thanksgiving, paid with paypal (thankfully)... when it came there was no label on the dvd so we knew it had to be pirated but I couldn't find my remotes to check it myself so whatever, at least I had the movie.

Finally found the remotes right before Christmas and before wrapping up the gift I threw the dvd in to make sure it was OK.  Much to my horror and dismay "The Life of Lizzie Borden" showed up on the screen!!  I was so mad!!  

Went on their website to contact them to complain and there was NOTHING there!  I finally found an email address so I emailed them with the complaint and said I wanted a refund.  I also found the paypal receipt and filed a dispute through them.  That was on Sunday.  Monday I actually had a response from Silver Age saying I had 3 options - return it for a full refund, keep it for a partial or they could send me a new dvd.... Of course I told them I wanted a full refund and they were going to send a call tag, correct?  No call tag or any further response from them.

I did get a notice from Paypal that my funds were being returned, including the shipping that I had paid.  I still haven't sent back the dvd and at this point, I'm not sure that I will!  I definitely will NOT be buying from this company again, and will definitely do my full research before buying online in the future!  It does help that I used Paypal and highly recommend it for ALL future purchases!
