Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
If you have anything that requires being on time on a certain date with tight scheduling , this airline will most likely disappoint in that respect. On the other hand, if you have some flex time there and back, then you'll prob save some bucks and not have to drive a car.
My flight was delayed twice at Tampa Intl 3/22/15 , flight 72 res code ZKINYN, with no real explanation, nor even a comp of some sort for being delayed by nearly 2 hrs. If an airline can't handle off peak times and days, I'd hate to see how they handle weekends and holidays.

Yup, so with silver airways , at least round trip Tampa to Key West, just add 2 hrs delay and you should be good. If you have connecting flights, just have a 2-3hr pad from the arrival at the transfer city. The price ain't bad if you account for this margin for error
