Silvercloud Retreat/ Celine Innocent / Leasing Manager Shady Manager lies about Cleaning and Rent Payment, Written 30 Day notice. Boise Idaho

               Intially rented a 2 bedroom apartment on 15th of month, Leasing lady (  said no problem, I gave deposit of $300.00 dollars refundable at time of moving out, not true, they keep your money no matter what, according to them for cleaning. So at time of my lease being up, they raised my rent by $ 200.00 dollars because I didnt want to resign since I was going to move in a month or two.. So the reward I received for paying rent early every month was a $ 200.00 increase in rent!! Anyways I gave notice to vacate on 15th of month, same as I moved in, I sent Email and after a few days the new replacement Manager Celine Innocent, replied and said its not acceptable you need to give me a paper copy of notice to move, at which time she was kind of sarcastic etc.. I said you acknowledge my moving in the email, she would not give me a yes, kept playing games etc.. So I got form and filled out and gave to her at which time she changed the date!! Now talk about a piece of s**t, this woman is a D-bag. So anyways Im kinda easy going and brushed it off said she must be on the rag etc.. Anyways on 15th of month I called her and invited her to do final walk thru, she said I dont do final walk thru's, I said what>? I said Im requesting you to come here and do walk thru to show you apartment is aval to rent.. So she finally agreed, and came up, did walk thru and she said well it looks good, I said great she said its mandatory to clean carpets, I said ok, she said atmost apartment will need a light cleaning, I said Im not sure why but if you insist and its only maybe 50 bucks fine, even though it really didnt need it, place was spotless. Former veteran, very tidy and very clean.

                First thing that became a problem was, she didnt call to have carpets cleaned until the 23rd of month at which time the people came to clean on 24th, she played games and is trying to stick the 2 weeks rent on me that I do not owe them, The apartment was aval on the 15th, this woman is a swindler. Heres what she says I owe , $ 260.33 Rent, Splash Guard for sink $ 4.29 ( missing when i moved in) , Parking Pass $ 5.00 , Carpet Cleaning $79.00 , Apartment Cleaning $ 115.00  Grand total of $ 567.50. This woman is the eppidome of low..Yes apartments are very nice, but whats not nice is the management, this woman has nothing better to do then act like a D-bag.. Tell you exactley why this woman is doing this, first off she just got job and is on power trip, secondly she has nothing better to do then to screw you out of your money etc to make herself look like some super leasing manger who needs a diet.. 

                 So For 15 days that I actually rented the month I moved out here what Ive alreay paid.. I paid her $ 600.00 dollars for rent , and $ 300.00 dollar security depost.. so for 15 days of tenacy I paid $900.00 dollars.. And she still is trying to justify her keeping deposit and $600.00 and also a bill for $567.50, now you say what you want, but any leasing manager that comes up with this bullshit for no reason, has nothing better to do.. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else..

                   Few other problems I didnt mention, pool and hottub are full of bacteria and feces, after swimming in pool , myself and a bunch of other people in silvercloud had horrible burning feelings on p***s and genital areas, doctors diagnosed it as bacteria in pool and hotub. Cause>? Kids peeing in pool and people around development throw there dog crap in there..  Other problems in development are excessive noise, the floors of these units are very thin, if people about you play music, or have kids forget it, you will go nuts.. Another problem is the landscapers, there very careless about mowing n blowing around your car, You will be noticing lots of scratches and dust.. Kids in development also throw lots of stones at cars, the whole place has small stones around schrubs etc..  I can go on and on esp about the smokers , if they live below you, you wont be able to open windows because the smoke comes right in thru windows..

                    Do yourself a favor, rent a individual home away from this place!!
