Simbol Auto Glass Ann Arbor Messed up windchip repair and rudely refuse to make it right Ann Arbor Michigan

We went in with a chip in the windshield and a groupon coupon on June 4. We were first told by the manager (who claims also to be the owner and didn't give his name) the groupon would not cover the chip but suggested we call our insurance company to make a claim (as the company has a zero deductible for chip repairs). We called the insurance company and the repair was approved, and the windshield chip was repaired. Cracks began developing at the spot soon after. Over two weeks this grew into two much bigger cracks on either side of the initial chip. We then called back on June 18 and the manager gave us an appointment for 11:00AM today (June 20). When I arrived, the manager claimed that I had called back within an hour after my first call and cancelled my appointment, saying that I had said decided to go with Safelite. I was very taken aback by this, and when I told him very categorically that I had not done that, he said he was sure I had as he had verified the vehicle and name. He said I would need to pay out of pocket for the deductible -- when I told him this was unfair, as I had come in for a chip repair, and the windshield damage was due to his faulty repairs, he became very belligerent and began shouting at me. Over our conversation, he became increasingly agitated and rude, and finally flatly refused to provide me any service. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it.
