Simmons Manufacturing AZ Simmons Beauty Rest Black label Mattress & Box spring foundation No Spring Support after 8 months of use, Foam test is irrelivent when testing this mattress tollason Arizona

We bought this mattress from Spencers Tv & Appliance in Scottsdale, We had to replace the best bed we had ever bought due to the movers destroying it during our move to our new home in Cave Creek in Febuary of 2013, this was recomended to be Simmons best bed and best support. 

In October 2013 a month ago my wife and I have been experiencing that the bed is sagging while laying on it? but when you get off of it it does not show a sag due to the foam and latex extra padding (Pillow Top) but while laying on it you can feel the spring wear in the mattress and dip! and this is my complaint. The manufature Simmons sends out a inspector Un-Bias of course? and checks the tags ect and then puts a string with washers at each ed accross the bed to create a straight and true lin and then placed a acrylic measuring devise (that does not weight more than two ounces at the most) along the string to measure dip in the finish surphases of the mattress. As I watched and saw 1/4" 1/2" 1/4" ect and then he completed his photos ect and stated that simmons will notify you of resualts. Well of course the letter I recived states the bed ids fine and Action to be Taken is: NONE well I am not satisfied with the test nor would you, I asked the Test Man to lye on th e bed but he stated that he was unable to comply due to health and saftey. I still own this 9 month old $3,200.00 dollar peice of s**t and am now hiring a lawyer to sue for all associated cost and leagal fees and replacement of the same dollar amount for the full purchase Price of the bed and soar back i and my wife are now enduring since the Simmons company does not take my complaint to heart. I also am contacting a local Tv station three on your side to televise this comp[laiunt about there beds in the local Phoenix Market.
