Simmons Smith and Associates loans my cash now scam debt collector maitland, Florida

So i recieve a call from this lady, at first she said Can I speak with (name), this is a serious matter and this happens to other people, but she said it in a "worried" voice. In my mind I'm like "d**n don't tell me I got an std now." But Nope, she said they are a collections agency for a "Payday loan". I didn't do a loan, nor take any loan, however, she had my personal information, said is your last digits of your bank account so and so and i said yea, so I'm guessing its legit.

I'm like no I didn't do it, she said "oh call your bank this could be identity theft, go to your police station and file a report about this." I'm like "OK". She.said to call my bank to E-MAIL her a consent form filing a claim about this situation. I'm like email? This she really say e-mail? I understand a letter written etc. and where was my warning letters beforehand, obviously you had my address you could've just sent me a letter.

This lady told me the address is "[companyname]@GMAIL.COM". Did you see [GMAIL.COM]. A "collection agency" to have a gmail account. You must think I'm dumb. A business should have a @business.com attached to it.

I called my Bank and talked to the claim lady. (Great customer service.at that), told her my situation, and said my Bank.does not handle business.through.email regarding a client's bank.account. Not professional in any means.

I'm sure this fool will call me again, and I will let them know my Bank.checked and nothing posted with Payday loan.

Get an email, attached with a form. "OWED to: my_cash_now." I thought it was Payday Loan. the lady.who.handled.this call should've paid a little more attention in this nasty training to scam people.

I wish i can sue them for invading my privacy and having hold of personal information.
