Simmons Smith And Associates The lady called and told me she had an urgent matter to discuss with me and it would affect my credit report. She then told me on the phone I borrowed $500.00 from Internet Payday Loan, Maitland, Florida

The lady called and told me I was in breach of contract of an Internet Payday Loan and I would have to provide proof that I did not receive the money. She proceeded to say I would need to get a hold of my bank and send them all deposits for the 6 months before the loan was taken so I could prove I never received the money. Since I had my identity stolen 3 years prior to this I was suspicious and did not know what to think.

She had all my personal information and even bank info so this scared me. I themn told her I wanted a letter showing what it was that I owed. On the phone she told me I owed $500 but when I received the email it showed I owed $750. Mind you she sent an  email and not a business letter that I requested. The email was not a business account so this is when I got real suspicious and googled the company and found it was a scam. Thank goodness I did not fall for this but I am really upset that she had all my personal information and am scared of what she may do with it.
