Simone Phillips raised money for his tv series "Endeavor" I paid $5000 to help finance the series with agreement that money would be paid back.  I also had contract with him that included in the $5000 that my granddaughter would have a 3 day speaking role on the series.  This was to have occured in June 2016.  He then proceeded to say he transferred the money to another film "Christmas" with her being given a role in it.  This was to have been shot Dec. 6-9.  He keeps changing dates and films.      When I asked for my money back always get a promise it will be done shortly or ignored for long periods of time.  He likes to promise things to parents of chldren and then never follow through with roles or to give money back..
