Simple Escapes ripoff dishonest fraudulent theft Internet Worldwide

On May 22nd, 2003, I discovered that my checking account balance was in the red. After checking with my bank, I discovered that the company, Simple Escapes, charged my account $ 109.95. I have never heard of this company, nor have I done business with them, or spoke to them.
My bank told me to try and contact the company, to inquire about the charges, and to see if I could get a refund. Upon calling them, I could not get a response. After I went to the bank, they tried calling and managed to get through.

The person that I talked to asked for my account number, which I didn't have, and my full name, phone number and area code. She said that she didn't have any info. I told her my problem, and she asked me if I could hold while she got her manager for assistance. After holding for nearly 10 minutes, the line went dead. For all of the people on this website, we should join in a class action lawsuit against this menace of a company, Simple Escapes.
