SimplePlanning.com does not stand behind their product and cannot be contacted for refunds Internet
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Simpleplanning.com has addressed past customer concerns with new dedicated support team.
Anytime I send them a message to either their customer support link or administrative link I get no response whatsoever. They also state that they only want happy customers and tout a 100% money back gaurantee. My attempts to get this back have just as fruitless.
I have tried patiently with four e-mails over the past couple of weeks to give the company an opportunity to not only help but resolve this as professionals. I have not received once single response to anything I have sent (except of course their acknowledgement of receiving my $9.9.5 through Pay Pal).
Clearly we've been "had". I would strongly urge anyone considering a home budget planner to use stay away from SimplePlanning.com and go with Simple D Budget (also available on the internet). It's free and works great and does just about everything you want it to do. One of it's great features is the detail you can add to anything you purchase.
We are truly . . . disappointed at being ripped off to say the least.
