Simplify Commerce is the ultimate ripoff ever.  They have a deal with Woocommerce but dont be fooled by that.  I signed up because they had great credit processing rates but it turned out to be a night mare.  Gave them all my business information and tax info but it wasnt enough.  They kept asking for more. First was a privacy policy,  which was understandable.  Then they wanted them to be mentioned in the privacy policy.  Getting a little out of hand on that but I delt with it.  By this time I had a few customers use the payment gateway and they were holding all that money ad wouldnt deposit it to my bank account.  I then switched to my old gateway and told them to deposit MY money. They responded and asked to re activate the now money hole gateway of theirs to get it approved.  By this time I would never activate their payment gateway with all that missing income.  But the last thing that did it was a charge from them on my bank account statement.  Not only are they holding the money from my clients but they are also taking money out of my actual bank account.,..  Be warned averybody!  This is a huge scam.  I have emailed them asking to be removed from thier database but they havent responded, like usual.

Agree - Simplify is Deceptive, Evasise, Does Not Make Good on Advertised Claims

AUTHOR: Mimsy - ()

POSTED: Monday, January 05, 2015

I have a small ecommerce business. I built my WP website myself and use WooCommerce. I have the best SSL certificate available and am doing everything right and legal with my business. I've been using Paypal for years and saw Simplify advertised within WooCommerce. It was very easy to sign up, get approved and add to my site.

I soon received an order that processed via Simplify. I sent out the order and was looking for my money which Simplify says is transferred to your bank account in 2 days. I'm a very small, self-funded start-up business so that was important to me.

Well, 3 days later there was still no sign that they were doing anything to transfer my money to me so I contacted support. A few days after that I got a noreply email saying they reviewed my account and decided to cancel my account! The email gave no reason as to why nor did it mention anything about the money they owed me.

I emailed support and left a voicemail that I need my money!

Several days later I finally got an email that they sent my money and I checked and sure enough it had finally arrived that same morning. It took 10 days and they did not initiate it on their own. I'm pretty upset. They didn't even tell me why they cancelled my account or why they held on to my money for so long when they advertise 2 days.

I think they're jerks and would also suggest everyone steer clear and go elsehwere for your merchant accounts.
