June 2013, I paid you $10600 cash to put up a fence that had to be totally taken down.  July 30th you promised to send me a cashier’s check for  $6200 in 10 days. After months of excuses, and frustrations of lack of communication with you, Oct 24th you had me pick up a cash refund from Wallmart for $500.

In November, I agreed to talk to you about resolving our issues because I wanted to give you one last chance to prove to me that you were sincere.

You told me that Valley View Barns owned by Leland would be buying out Simpson Sheds and Valley View would pay the agreed claim of $5700 and you were going to go back to work for Walmart.  I opened a bank account for you because you were complaining about the cost of refunds. On November 25th you deposited $1000 with a promise of paying the rest ($4700) very soon.

 What people also need to know is that you offered me a job to help repair your reputation. I told you, NO, just pay what you owe and I will let people know your were good on your word.

It is obvious to me, the only reason you paid the $1000 was so you could posted a rebuttal that my claim has been resolved.  Tom it is NOT resolved.  It won’t be resolved until you pay $4700. I am NOT a happy customer. I have bent over backwards to help you and to try and repair your reputation because I fell for you sad story that your brother was a meth head and he was responsible for ruining your business. Truth is ...YOU are responsible.

It is now Jan 14th 2014, you won’t reply to any communication. I even told you I would accept $50 a week, a month, just pay something to show me that you are sincere…..but you don’t even reply.

 You tell me  that Leland is the owner of Valley view and you are the manager....I'm not even sure I buy that one either. I will be calling Leland to confirm and give him an earful.

Valley-view-barns are lying to the public. Visit their website you will see they stolen several photos form infinity barns website and posted them stating they built them one in particular photos below states they but this barndominium in 2012 in waxahachie tx when in fact I personally built this house south of Houston last year. I have provided photos below of me myself building this project. Ask Tomas flanigan or Leland Herron whom states partnership in valley-view-barns to provide names and phone numbers to the jobs they state they did stolen form my website. Can they provide a photo of either one on that job site? No they can't they have not ever been to that project thus more. How can a company build such long term projects being in buisness what a month now or so ? I have asked both owners to remove my projects form their companies face book page and website with no luck I will deal with that another way. What's even more alarming this company somehow obtained my Texas state tax exempt number and has been using it for personal gain not to pay materials tax at Home Depot and suppliers and to come to find out been using it under Simpson sheds confirmed by Home Depot. On both companies . In the must of finding out what legal actions can be taking for that I'm sure it's not good For some reason I have currently have clients of Simpson sheds or Simpson buildings emailing me looking for Thomas flanigan saying they paid for materials but can't get a call back realy? Seriously? Very unfortunate That this is one if the reasons our industry has some of the reputation it has See photos bow and you decide if you look close on their company website photos you can see the custom design doors I did as well me personally building it on the other photos provided. If a family member can do this to you god help the public

 Like every contractor, we have had a few issues, its addressing those issues and taking care of those issues. At the end of the day we want every customer with Simpson Buildings to be happy.

 We work hard everyday to ensure every customer with Simpson is happy. We are happy to say we have reached a resolution with this customer and will continue to ensure each customer is satisfied.

 To the anonymous person who makes post to slander / and use defamation tactics. I will address you one time..... If you have a contract with Simpson Buildings and have an issue, pick up the phone and call us, you can even email us we will do our very best to resolve it. If you dont have a contract with Simpson our attorneys have assured us they will do their best to find who you are, the city has been narrowed down through your I.P. address.

 I have been in communication with Simpson Buildings and we have reached an agreement and are in the process of resolving.
