On 9-1-05 I paid $1800.00 for laser permanent hair removal on both of my legs. I have had over 10 treaments since then to this date and their has been no visible results. I still have alot of hair all over my legs nothing has changed this procedure didnt work at all. I told the owner/Doctor Gideon Kwok about this and that i wanted a refund, he stated that his office doesnt give refunds. This business is fradudelent because the treaments did nothing for my legs.

Patient did come in a pay for 6 treatments of laser hair removal of the full legs. She did not get 10 treatments as she said given that we only do laser hair removal on the legs every 2 months. She was a patient that had significant hair on her legs and we consulted that she was going to need a 6-10 treatments to get her 75-90% permanent hair reduction. She did have less hair growth but expected it to be 100 % gone. Because of this she sued us and got half her money back. She is not a good patient. She is demanding and rude and I am happy to not have her as a patient.
