Singer Lazer Storm ripoff, took me for a ride they charged me and nine weeks later and no vacuum. Los Angeles California

I ordered a singer lazer storm on 7-15-05 it is now 10-02-05 and no vacuum. I have sent around ten emails and the reply is to call the phone number 1-800-716-8667. I have called this number many times only to be put on hold for almost an hour then hung up on. I did talk to someone on week six and they assured me it would be here on week eight well that was a Lie it is now going on week eleven. I called their infomercial number this morning after seeing it on TV and they said they no longer offer the singer lazer storm well isn't that great, now they will sell it under a new name to someone else who will be ripped off.
