Single Platform Did not at all deliver what was promised, then deleted half my website when I cancelled service! Internet

 Single Platform is worse than a complete rip off.  The salespeople make the premise sound great.  They will update all online listings, and get your information published in a much broader way across the web.  Wrong!!!  I signed up for $79 a month, thinking this sounded like something I would like to try.  When the "updated listings" did begin to appear in various directories across the web, they took the information from an old DEX ad that was outdated by at least 4 years.  I'm not even sure where they found that ad, but what they were publishing was not at all based on the info I listed on their site, which is supposed to be what they pull from.  After one month of this I called to cancel, but the rep encouraged me to stay for at least another month, to allow them to update everything with the new information, as well as to give time to be picked up by more internet listing services.  Well, after one month, the old info was still all that was out there, and the number of new listings were next to nothing.  

So I called to cancel service, an unhappy customer.  Little did I know that they would screw things up even in this regard.  As per their suggestions, when I started I had given them the admin info for my website, so that they could "link to my site and update" with fresh information.  That turned out to be the biggest mistake!!!!  Because when they cancelled service, they also completely deleted all of the contect on half my web pages.  Nonetheless, I called again to complain.  The rep told me that he would send word immediately to the tech support team, and that I would absolutely have an answer or a solution within 24-48 hours.  As of now, it has been a week.  No word whatsoever, and no corrections to the site.  Argghhhhh!!! So mad!!!  So now it is going to cost me time and money to try to reconstruct web pages that took a lot of effort to create in the first place.

Moral of the story:  STAY AWAY FROM SINGLE PLATFORM!!! Not only do they not deliver what is promised, they can potentially really mess things up for you!!!

This is Jennifer, I filed the report above.  After the report was published, a rep from Single Platform contacted me immediately.  They were very apologetic, and were able to resolve the issue with the website and restore the original content.  They also refunded me for two months of service.  All of which was much appreciated.  So all is well, and I am much happier than I was when I initially filed the report.
