Singular Construction,LLC d/b/a GAD Development, LLCGolan, LLCGalil, Inc. Stole my money, Did not complete work, used unlicensed Subcontractors, went on vacation after cashing my check Boca Raton Florida

I am the attorney forGadi Avrahami and Singular Construction. The complainant, Esther Hoffman, is not a real person and neither Mr. Avrahami nor Singular Construction did any work for such an individual. I filed a lawsuit against 2 individuals who authored this false report. We prevailed in the lawsuit and in that lawsuit the court made the specific findings that Esther Hoffman was not a real person and that the false report was made by the 2 individuals sued.

Shame on you Mr. Avrahami.  Gadi or Gad or whichever name you use now.  You constantly change your companies and your name.  How come you do not have a contractor license.  You claim to be such a great contractor, why is that you have so many lawsuits filed against you in court.  You are nothing but a con artist that is going down.  There are so many other people that have reached out to me and wil be brining you to justice very soon.  You have copies of everything.  You took advantage of me.  I am an elderly widowed woman.  Dont you have a conscience?  How do you sleep at night?  Im sure after everything that is being exposed about you, you are sleeping very well lately.  You are the type of person that betrays your own family and now you claim that I am passed away in 2000?  I am very much alive and still in good health to report you and warn any other potential victims of your scams.  You will be brought to justice.  Since I posed this report, I have been received telephone calls from sub-contractors offering to help me and informed me that they have worked with you and you never paid them.  So not only do you not follow through with your clients but you do not pay your employees.  

I am Mr. Gadi Avrahami and I have no knowledge of who you are or why you would write this type of mis-information. You and I  have never spoken, met, or entered into any contract, nor have I taken any funds from you.  I pride myself on my business honesty and high standards of work. I have many customers and contractors who will be happy to vouch for my work for over 25 years. Perhaps you’re confusing me with another? I have not been contacted the Police as I would have expected should I have done such a horrible thing to anyone.  Have you filed a police report?  What is the case number?  Have you filed a lawsuit for which I was not informed? When I looked up your name as it did not sound recent or familiar to me, Esther, it appears you passed away in 2000.
