I ordered a red coat from the Sirenssecrets.com website the cost was $229.00. The item number was FP-F009b. They sent me a white and hot pink coat with the item number FP-F0092.

I have complied with the returns and exchange policies of the website which states that the buyer has 14 days to make an exchange no exceptions and that requests for RMAs are answered with detailed instructions on how to return the merchandise within 24 hours.

I have sent an E-Mail everyday to returns@sirenssecrets.com with the information that the company asks to be included in the request for the last 6 days with no reply at all. They of course do not list a number to contact them, E-Mail only.

GOT MY MONEY BACK SIRENS INCRIMATES THEMSELVES!

So in what I hope is an end to this whole fiasco, my bank has given me back the $1,500 that Siren International stole from me. I don't know how they expected to get away with that since there was no order attached to the charge. And, most orders do come through in even amounts. I will not send my coat back as I not longer want to deal with this "company" at all. The scary thing is I'm sure that its the owners of the company that did this, not just some deranged employee.

I did not post about another way that they harrassed me here because I did not want more people having access to my private information, but I feel that I need to warn as many people as possible because this is very scary I have NEVER heard of a ligitimate business harrassing a customer in this way, it is crazy.

Someone calling themselves "tina" from Siren International posted a Rip-Off report on me after I told them I had reported them to the site. Siren International posted my full name address, phone number and even my e-mail address. They posted the E-mails that I had sent and even went so far as to doctor a few of them. Here is what their privacy policy says on their website:

Your secret is safe at Siren's Secrets. We respect our customer's privacy and do not share your information with anyone else. Occasionally you may receive only an email from our store about our upcoming sales and new products.

All packages are shipped discreetly in a plain box with no reference to sexy shoes or clothing.

If you click on read other rip off reports on Siren International in the rebuttal box you will see just how much your privacy will be respected by sirenssecrets.

Unless I am further harrassed by this "company" I am in the process of changing as much of the information posted as I can, so hopefully that will put an end to it. Well that and the investigation that is now going on against the Siren International for wire fraud across state lines, my bank tells me that is a federal offense.

I will not be responding to any rebuttals made to this post. I am done dealing with this company in anyway. I hope that my Rip-off report saves others from the kind of harrassment that I have had to put up with.

GOT An RMA #

Well this is the e-mail that I received from Siren yesterday.

Your inquiry has been forwarded to our returns department.

Please DO NOT spam our boxes or phone operators with uneccessary emails and/or calls. It makes all or our jobs harder to do, and takes up our employee's time, which actually adds time to the process of getting through inquiries such as yours.

Your inquiry will be answered within 48 hours.

Thank you.

Team Siren.

This is the response I got from them after I sent ONE E-mail informing them that stealing $1500 from a persons checking account is breaking the law. I went to the bank yesterday when I found out what they did to try to have the charges stopped. The bank teller said that there were three charges from them. One for $500.00 on for $1,000 and one for $3,000( which was declined) so they kept increasing the amount of the "purchase" until they drained my account.

So after all this today they send me a nice E-Mail with an RMA# Huh-huh..like I am going to fall for that. In light of the fact that they ROBBED me I highly doubt that the LA address for the "sirens distribution center" is anything but another lie. I will keep everyone posted on whether or not I am able to get the money they stole from me back.

Sirenssecrets Siren International Retailiates against me

This company has now retailiated agaist me by charging $1500 to my debit card thereby taking the money out of my personal account!! These are UNAUTHORIZED charges on my account. DO NOT SHOP HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!! They are DIRTY RIP OFF ARTIST!!

Well first of all I would like to thank RIPOFFreport.com for this site. The DAY after I told them, which was yesterday, that I had posted their rip off on this site I got a reply. Unfortunately, it was in the form of a threat of litigation against me. Keep in mind that I have been e-mailing them everyday since October 29th. I have received no response except from "customer service" who keeps sending me the link to the returns and exchanges portion of their website, real helpful. Anyway, here is the response:

Please be advised that this email is being forwarded to our legal department for review.

An investigation will be initiated to determine whether this warrants "defamation" of a legal entity.

You have gone too far, and are risking a personal set back through our ability to litigate your poor and malicious behavior.

While we understand your frustration, you should allow some time for our returns department to review your request. Especially since that department was housed in the South Florida facility, which was devasted by hurricane Wilma.


My response to them was why has no one bothered in my several attempts to receive an RMA# from them bothered to tell me this information until now??? How come they have updated their website for Christmas but have not updated the returns and exchange section which still states that an RA# will be sent within 24 hrs?
