been more than five calls and going on a year and a half. For only thirty dollars they have refused to send my rebate with there growing list of customers the total figure of money promised but never sent grows to an amount that will make a class action suit feasible

the only thing i can suggest is call customer service...worse comes to worse, ask for the 30.00 to be placed on your sirius account...most rebates DO get paid out unless there is information required that wasn't submitted, or the customers account didn't meet the required terms (activated by credit card and in good standing)
