Complaint Review: sirius
sirius xm CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!! new tork, New York
Basics-I have had sirius for years-got a new car-called-to transfer service- new car had a three month trial so I was told that three month trial would be added to my already paid for subscription. Now three months later- sirius inactivated by company. Customer service rep and subsequent supervisor unable to help-transfered to someone else-also unable to help.
Wanted to get sirius turned back on. Now just want my money back not "credit". No help. I remain on hold, now over one hour total today. I'll stick with regular radio.
p.s. the satellite reception has also gotten WORSE over the last couple of years-thought it was my old car-nope-issue with new car too. Sirius-you suck.
