Sitefix.us sitefix scammed me out of money and more importantly, time Internet

Much like the other complaints, I had the same experience. Was baited on Fiverr to go to their site. Was promised custom site design and to have a brand new beautiful site up within 5 days. After they took my money, I practically never heard from them again.

Sure, an employee would tell me to "be patient, we are 90% complete", but here it is 3 weeks after that message and they have yet to even share a screenshot, mock-up or anything similar with me. I spent hours giving them the details they requested, specific ideas I wnated to implement, scouring the internet for examples to show them. I thought all they needed was some direction and BOOM, they would have a site ready for me quick. That was the promise anyway. But no such luck. Sitefix.us totally ripped me off.

I dont care about the money I wasted with them. These scammers can keep it. I care about the TIME wasted with these incompetent "programmers". I have contacted them over and over again. I have used their "project management" system to try to communicate with them, I have contacted directly one of the programmers that was supposed to be helping me. At one point, the sorry excuse for customer service reached out to me, and I tried contacting her. I even tried contacting Mike, the garbage scammer that baited me off Fiverr.

NO RESPONSE from any of these people.

This was a complete ripoff, and sites like sitefix.us are the reason sites like Ripoff Report need to exist. 

Do not trust them, stay very far away. 

I think their whole model is to charge very little for their service, so that enough people hopefully just get tired of delaing with them and just go away. Not me. They have another thing coming. I am fully prepared to get an entire marketing team in place to blast these fools all over the internet. I will spend 10x what they stole from me just to make sure nobody else has to go through this. 

Sitefix.us, you should be ashamed of your business practices. 

You can try and put a nice comment here telling the world how you did the right thing, how you're working on my project, you have lots of other happy clients and blah blah blah. Instead of rebutting this, you should just respond to my countless emails. It's amazing I see someone had time to rebutt this claim on this site, but nobody had time to address my concerns over the last 3 weeks.
