Three weeks prior to my Web Hosting term of 02/10/2010, I wrote the billing department and cancelled my upcoming renewal. I received no reply.

At two weeks prior to my Web Hosting term of 02/10/2010, I used the website to cancel my renewal only to discover that the charge had already been made on 01/26/2010 for a full year renewal.

I requested a reversal of the charge and the company stated that they had a all sales are final clause on the bill.

Since my renewal had not started and was weeks away, I said that i was not obligated by the terms on the bill. Further, my position is supported by the fact that I never authorized the renewal.

After three years of on time payments this treatment is very disappointing and I intend to pursue this.

My Credit Union said that since it was a ATM/VISA card they would take a complaint and investigate. They also said that the outlook was not good. Not Good, even though the period for services that I am being billed for has not started yet - they are two weeks away as of this post (time and date).

At this point I have a few issue to work on with the credit union as well.

Any help would be appreciated....
