Went to Six Flags with a group of friends. Two of my friends who are males were told they could not go on any rides due to their tall height and their weights. When they asked for a refund of their money it was denied. They spent over an hour in customer service, their money was not refunded. There were no signs posting any of weight or height restrictions or limitations prior to entering the park.

The original complaint was that there was nothing posted prior to paying to enter the park and you replied that restrictions are posted AFTER entering the park. then you proceeded to whine about fat people. You only made the original complaint appear valid and make yourself look unintelligent at the same time.

You have apparently never been to a Six Flags park before, have you? At the entrance from the parking lot, say, if you were arriving by their tram, there is a billboard of sorts shortly after you walk through the entrance gates. This billboard will clearly display that days rides that are currently closed, along w/information regarding information that might limit some riders abilities to get on rides: being pregnant, previous heart conditions, and including possible height/weight restrictions. Let's say you are a newbie to Six Flags, all you had to do then was simply check out their website for additional information, where you would clearly see what's listed regarding ride restrictions due to height and weight. Common sense also factors in here; say, if you are pretty tall, (Over 6'5" let's say), or fat, you are not getting on the ride. I love being at the park when people like you and your friends approach a ride, knowing very well you have no chance in hell of getting on it, but you enjoy the attention of being told, no, you're too d**n fat, get off, and also knowing that everyone in line is laughing on the inside...if not laughing out right at you. You also could have saved yourself further embarassment by reading on SixFlags.com, that once you purchase your ticket, that's it, there are NO refunds. But no, you and your friends wanted to top off the day by going to customer service (and really, spending an hr there??) and demanding a refund? What exactly was your argument when you got there? "Hey, can we have our $ back for being fat, and not being able to get on any of your rides?"
