Well i had gotten a loan with SJM Marketing back in October. I took one out for $150. They told me that i would have to pay back $195. I agreed, (big mistake). Well they withdrew $206 from my bank account instead of the $195. Well now almost 3 months later, i get a call from an attorneys office saying that i have to pay them $276 or ill be put in JAIL!!!! How can they tell me i can be put in jail when i PAID THEM THEIR MONEY ALREADY. I wish i had never gotten a loan from them. They are crooks who over charge and then try and get more money out of you too. Isnt it against the law for a spouse of a military member to get a loan from a non military friendly loan place anyways?? well i hope someone can help because this is ridiculous.
