Skin elements Pay $.99 shipping was charged $97.00+ on Trial item,,no notice that is was a continuous charge California

I ordered the free trial for the skin element for $.99  in May of 2016. I did not check my VISA then.  I was charged the $97.00+  on Visa, then charged again in July of 2016. I called and I was offered 50% off, I said I would return the product and they should repay Visa. I was then offered 75% off. I said just sent my money back. I said I would report to PA's BBB. I was told to keep the cream and the money would be given back to me. It was given back. Then I saw the they charged me for a second jar of the cream, 97.00 + again. I am still charged for the 1st FREE trial and there was no place that said it was a continual billing.

I will be calling on July 25, 2016 to try to get my FREE trial of 97.00 cancelled. What a Rip Off.

By the way, My bank had called and said this was a charge from ENGLAND for the small charge. I said yes, but only this once. So, was I at fault or the bank I will be calling them also.
