Skin Endear ad says just pay shipping to try a trial size of their product.  I ordered the product, when it came in I found out I was set up on an "Auto Shipp" program.  I called and cancelled the auto ship program and they charged me $38.71 for cancelling the program.  This is a total RIPOFF Company.  Do not try their product.

The two week trial period is information given in small type, and FREE TRIAL completely overwhelms the website promotion. FREE TRIAL offer can trigger an idea of smaller size of product, but they give 14 days to cancel or you are automatically enrolled in a product that is $85.95 and $89.95! So with such easy-to-miss fine print (plus they initially say "Your Order is Incomplete" unless you purchase a THIRD PRODUCT that is $39.95), they take you for over $160.00.

I ordered on the 6th and didn't make a note on my calendar to cancel as I thought I did, but I noticed a charge IMMEDIATELY on Saturday, the 20th of May. They say they count the 6th as well. This is a critical area that is not specifically addressed in the 14 day trial statement that I remember. I believe I have until the 20th.

The first agent said she could not refund me and HUNG UP ON ME when I was still making a point.

The second, I challenged the unclearness of the dates and she, like the first agent stated their terms again and stated she was "competent" to handle me, said her supervisor was "busy." I said I would wait, she said she transferred me, and I have been on hold for 20 minutes and I doubt a supervisor will pick up.

Completely unacceptable way to run a business.
