A friend posted an advert on Facebook for a trial anti ageing cream for just the cost of postage.

I paid the £4.95 by visa and did not sign for anything else. The £4.95 appeared on my statement on 1st october 2014 and 15 days later they took £95.00 which i deffinately did not sign for. I immediatly went to my bank and reported it and they stopped any more payments being made. I now want to try and get my money back as I am sure it is a rip off.
