I ordered these products online. Ad said free 14 day trial for shipping only. Nowhere on the initial order was a reference to a time limit for cancelling or automatic shipments. Company sent a second supply supposedly, so on July 25 I could not cancel. I will be surprised if the shipping date preceeds this date. Customer service person was unable to send me a copy of the agreement for automatic reorder, but she seemed to know everything else. I received a shipping notice with no reminder about auto ship. I was not notified of second shipment. The product does not work as promised, I saw no improvement. Besides that the eye cream made part of mr eyebrows to "Disappear". Stay far away. This is a total scam!
